Job Description
The Financial Services industry is operating in a challenging environment due to global economic pressure, increasing regulatory demands and capital requirements as well as significant operational and technology changes. Our growing Financial Services Advisory practice provides management, technology and risk consulting services to help major financial institutions around the world respond to their most complex business challenges.

The Financial Services Advisory practice is composed of three industry sectors: Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates some knowledge and understanding of:
-mobile, digital marketing / demand generation, user experience, digital payment methods, or digital or ecommerce (B2B and/or B2C)
-digital related technologies and how they impact the overall digital strategy
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; approaching client in an organized manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates some individual contributor abilities as a member of a project team that include the following:
-Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management;
-Leveraging customer sales knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management, project facilitation, and the development of client proposals;
-Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
-Proven record of success demonstrating the ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development.


This position would ideally be located in San Fran, New York or Charlotte.
