4pm-10pm Mondays & Wednesdays
NOON-5pm Thursdays

Operate AV Service Desk facilitating Course Reserve viewing, circulating laptop computers, DVDs, etc., utilizing UK Libraries database; verify patron IDs, answer phone, transfer calls, take messages, etc. Facilitate AV equipment use in meeting rooms.

Customer service, dependability, diligence.

Retail customer service experience preferred but not necessary.
