AUS - Human Resources Business Partner

Position Purpose : Responsible for planning, directing and delivering corporate and customised HR services in support of the organisations objectives. Ensure a high level of organisational effectiveness through ongoing performance management, organisational design, culture and change management, talent assessment, leadership development and succession planning.
Responsible for ADP's ongoing compliance with relevant Employment Law and Legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute and execute the Human Resources strategy
* Develop, maintain and implement all Human Resources policies , procedures and forms as well as maintain HR site.
* Consult, provide counsel and guidance to managers in relation to performance, equal opportunity, associate workplace behaviour and where required investigation of allegations impacting from a Human Resources perspective.
* Consult, advise and coach business leaders on day to day associate issues.
* Work with relevant stakeholders to contribute towards effective on-boarding strategies for the organisation.
* Undertake projects, prepare presentations and support the Human Resources Director as required.
* Facilitate and deliver training and information sessions as required, inclusive of HR Induction and HR Leader Induction.
* Analyse and develop initiatives to improve and maintain associate retention & engagement inclusive of reward and recognition programs, service awards and all retention related surveys.
* Assist in the deployment of new HR related systems and processes developed and/or acquired at the division or corporate level.
* Ensure the organisation complies with relevant OHS and Workcover legislation to include management of Workcover claims.
* Assist in organisational design, restructure and redundancies.
* Collaborate with ADP International associates on various projects and initiatives.
* Undertake own professional development in order to keep up to date with legal and other professional issues.
* Manage review process, annual Associate Engagement Survey process .
* Maintain accuracy of the SAP HRIS OM system and all corresponding personnel data
* Prepare employment contracts and letters regarding changes to employment conditions
* Manage all HR & Systems administration and filing.
* Perform other duties as required.

Experience :
* Minimum five (5) years' experience as a senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner within a fast-paced global matrix organisation.
* Strong experience in advising, coaching and stakeholder management with all management levels.
* Proven experience in managing HR based projects.
* Strong performance management and employment law experience.
* Experience in talent management programs and systems.
* Experience with HR analytics (creation / interpretation).
* Experience in engagement, retention projects and strategies.
* Experience working within a global organisation.
* HR administration and analytics experience.

Experience :

Certifications / Qualifications :
* Ability to collaborate with and influence Executive Management and Associates.
* Degree Qualification (Major in HR)
* HRIS knowledge and experience.
* Working knowledge of Employment Legislation
* Working knowledge of SAP.
* Knowledge of Fair Work Act and Clerks Private Sector Award 2010.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
