Ensures a high level of organisational effectiveness through ongoing performance management, organisational design, culture and change management, talent assessment, leadership development and succession planning. Responsible for ADP\u0027s ongoing compliance with relevant Employment Law and Legislation relevant to Australia for the Shared Services organisation. To be the \u0027gate-keeper\u0027 of ADP\u0027s values, culture and policies for the organisation.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EKey Responsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E :\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EContribute and execution of HR strategy\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop, maintain and implement all Human Resources policies and procedures.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConsult, provide counsel and guidance to managers in relation to performance, equal opportunity, associate workplace behaviour and where required investigation of allegations impacting from a HR perspective.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide guidance to business unit managers and development of strategies/recommendations to improve associate engagement satisfaction, support career development and align with ADP organisational culture.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConsult, advise and coach business leaders on day to day Associate issues.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with relevant local resources to ensure all recruitment requirements are resourced in a timely and cost effective manner.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in interviews as required. Work with relevant stakeholders to contribute towards effective on boarding strategies for the organisation.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EImplements and manages talent management programs, eg Talent Management System includes Annual Reviews, Succession Planning \u0026 Development Plans.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUndertake projects and support the Human Resources Director as required.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitation and delivery of training and information sessions as required.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyse and develop initiatives to improve and maintain associate retention \u0026 engagement.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssists in the deployment of new HR related systems and processes developed and/or acquired at the division or corporate level.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsures the organisation complies with relevant OHS and Workcover legislation to include management of Workcover claims.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist in organisational design, restructure and redundancies as required.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with ADP ESI Overseas Associates as required on various projects and initiatives.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUndertakes own professional development in order to keep up to date with legal and other
