Required Education | Candidates must be currently enrolled full-time at UK for the Spring 2021 semester and in good academic standing. This status must be maintained for the duration of employment with Information Technology Services. |
Required Related Experience | Previous Customer Service experience, basic computer knowledge a plus |

Physical Requirements | *Must be able to work from ladders up to 6 feet in height |
Shift | Must be able to work flexible shifts; shifts are primarily either 7am – 5pm or 5pm – 10pm Monday – Thursday. 10 – 20 hours possible per week, not to exceed 20 hours per week. |
Job Summary | This position will provide technical assistance to faculty and staff in Smart Classrooms and Distance Learning Classrooms. Job Duties to include, but not limited to: start up and shut down of Distance Learning rooms, troubleshoot minor technical issues in both smart classrooms and distance learning rooms. Assist with PC support and updates. Some office duties as required. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Good customer service and communication skills. PC/MAC knowledge desired, with Microsoft Office proficiency and other PC based programs. |
