POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director Patient Services will collaborate with the brand teams to design and implement strategic patient support programs to meet the needs of patients and achieve brand objectives. The Associate Director will work with Teva internal stakeholders to implement programs, ensure business continuity and measure impact.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Strategize with brand managers and business units to design programs and services to support the needs of therapy-specific patient populations and drive brand objectives. Become an advisor and internal consultant to the brand teams on all matters related to patient support through hub and pharmacy service offerings.
- Represent Patient Services on cross functional brand teams and core launch teams. Collaborate with internal functions to integrate patient services with other brand initiatives to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
- Track and report KPIs and program outcomes. Support monthly hub/pharmacy meetings with the brand teams as well as preparation for brand QBRs. Provide actionable insights and voice of the customer from ongoing patient programs. Lead annual planning process and quarterly forecasts for respective brand teams.
- Design, develop and test patient solutions hub/pharmacy programs options to support the product launches/program enhancements (in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders) based on a deep and proactive understanding of patient needs, the competitive landscape, business goals, technologies, services, and our chosen vendors service delivery capabilities to drive greater adherence, improve the patient/customer experience, controlling product integrity and collecting data to guide market access and increase patient satisfaction.
- Become expert and knowledgeable about current vendor offerings and understand the vendor options and expertise in the hub and specialty pharmacy arena.
- Assume the lead role in working with vendors to design reports that support the data analytics needs of the brand teams. Work collaboratively with vendors to establish adequate monthly/quarterly reporting tools to support the needs of the brand teams and Teva leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners including: Legal, Compliance, Privacy, HR, IT, PARC, and Training. Ensure program objectives are in compliance with Teva policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the hiring, training and coaching of future team members that may be needed to expand the team to support the future needs of Teva
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in health care, business-related area or equivalent required
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
7+ years of overall experience required with 5 or more years of senior management experience in healthcare or related area of business preferred
At least 5 years of experience with development and operation of patient support programs/HUB services within the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 30% domestic travel throughout the US and Canada.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional:
Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.
Visual Acuity:
Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, face masks etc.).
