The Associate Director, Marketing- US Digihaler Portfolio leads the development and implementation of marketing plans for the portfolio of Respiratory Digital Health brands.  This role is responsible for contributing to and executing brand strategy with a specific focus on HCP campaign development, execution and launch planning.

The ideal candidate will hit the ground running to help lead the launch of an exciting, first-in-class portfolio.  He or she is a strategic, self-starter with excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills and demonstrates a passion for our customers and the patients they serve.


Main Duties and Responsibilities


The Associate Director, Marketing will have primary responsibility for the HCP marketing plan and execution, with a focus on launch execution and multi-channel marketing plan design and implementation. You will bring the brand strategy to life through programs and customer-facing materials with a thorough understanding of the sales force support needs and requirements, and modern marketing approaches in non-personal channels. You will also lead development of marketing materials that focus on supporting HCP and patient interactions.

Support the development and delivery of an insight-driven, patient-centric launch campaign, partnering with Brand Insights colleagues to track performance, measure impact and optimize

Lead development and execution of personal  promotion materials

Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Training to plan and execute key field meetings, including the national launch meeting

Design and execute innovative, impactful and measurable non personal programs

Support the design, development and implementation of access and affordability programs

Liaise with the Director, Respiratory Portfolio KOL & Advocacy, in the development of advocacy and HCP engagement programs, bringing broad Digital Health and focused Digihaler product knowledge

Establish partnership with stakeholders in Regulatory, Medical, Legal and Compliance to plan and execute programs and secure approval of promotional materials



Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.


Qualifications/Required Experience

Education Required: Bachelors Degree

5 Years of pharmaceutical experience including customer facing/sales experience; At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management or promotions

Experience with product launches, campaign development and HCP channel strategies


Experience Preferred

Education Preferred: PhD, MBA or Masters Degree

Successful pre-launch and launch experience

US Respiratory therapeutic area expertise

Consumer/ patient marketing experience

Experience in digital health or innovative medical devices



Track record building successful, innovative marketing programs and campaigns

Strong demonstration of clinical acumen and the ability to translate data, medical concepts and clinical guidelines into clear and concise customer-appropriate communications

Ability to prioritize demands and manage complex projects

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships as well as influence colleagues at all levels

Successful project management experience with the ability to work with cross functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and drive results

Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and allocated budget




Approximately 10-15% domestic travel throughout the US.
