Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Global TrackWise (Harmony) System:

  • Direct deployment requirements and activities based on internal initiatives and business requirements.
  • Own and manage Business relationships and communications related to deployments.
  • Manage all activities and priorities for the Regional Deployment Relationship Manager(s).
  • Participate in supporting activities including approving Access Requests and Master Data modifications and supporting end user inquiries post deployment.
  • Participate in system validation activities (URS, OQ/PQ).
  • Conduct/Support Train-the-Trainer and updates to training materials/procedures, including coordinating translation activities as needed.
  • Serve as backup for the Global Quality Systems Owner.

 TrackWise Legacy Repository (TLR) System / Legacy TrackWise Systems:

  • Assist with defining TLR system requirements and validation testing efforts.
  • Support data migration and decommissioning activities.

 Global Learning Management System (LMS) STUDIUM:

  • Support the LMS Deployment Manager as required with system validation activities (OQ/PQ) and participating in training sessions.

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors of Science degree in a technical or scientific discipline required 
  • Advanced degree in  a scientific, regulatory, or technical discipline preferred

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry is required, with at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and quality systems, with broad experience and exposure to best practices
  • Experience with Regulatory Authority requirements/inspections
  • Experience in project and/or program management leading cross-functional teams and deployment of Global IT systems
  • Experience in regional and/or global roles preferred
  • Experience with TrackWise, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with conducting training preferred.
  • Skilled with computers using programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
