We'll be looking to you to work on 3 key areas Customer Planning, Customer Strategy and Customer Insights to understand customers better and provide the best customer experience. This role is for EMEA, APAC and you will work closely with regional heads of the business, Retail and Digital Go to Market (GTM) teams as well as regional finance and collaborate with central teams to plan customer volumes and metrics, provide the right insights on customers to the leaders and design recommendations / deploy customer strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and experience.

For this role, you'll need to have 6+ years of experience in customer analytics / planning roles within the retail/consumer/digital industry with a proven track record in driving initiatives / projects with global teams. You must be proficient in database querying with SQL and have a strong understanding of excel based modelling. You must be willing to present to senior leadership as well as need to have a strong process-oriented mindset to work on multiple requests / frameworks across multiple time zones.
