The Assistant Strength Coach will develop and implement athletes physical profile, assist with the daily weight room operations and assist with football student-athlete accountability and follow-up as directed by the Coordinator of Football Performance and/or Head Football Strength Coach.
Other duties include assisting with daily speed, agility and quickness workouts for student-athletes; implement daily supplement program for student-athletes; and ensure that the strength and conditioning facility is in proper working order at all times; and responsible for seeking any weight room repair and maintenance.

The Assistant Strength Coach must comply with NCAA, SEC and University rules and policies.

This position must ensure proper licensures maintained through either the CSCCA (Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association) or the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). Appropriate licensures would include SCCC, MSCC, or CSCS.
