As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Driving data and information governance and management, data protection and information risk management, knowledge management, information lifecycle management, and the use of technology related to data and information;
  • Leveraging data analytics in understanding of business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements, and innovative thought leadership in data visualization;
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of GCDO projects and initiatives;
  • Collaborating as a liaison between GCDO, the xLoS and IFS functions;
  • Collaborating with functional and technical groups to identify improvements in global data-related business processes, scope requirements, and impacts related to system and/or process changes;
  • Exhibiting knowledge of PwCs internal organization and processes;
  • Establishing ability to present information and insight to all levels within the organization;
  • Creating internal partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of Los and IFS functional staff networks;
  • Defining and managing outreach protocol with relevant stakeholders;
  • Maintaining working relationships with stakeholders;
  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust;
  • Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation while coaching staff, including providing timely and meaningful written and verbal feedback;
  • Creating and implementing program and project objectives, policies, processes, technology acquisition and deployment, training and communication;
  • Managing multiple work streams within the team as well as direct reports;
  • Determining and manage team activity workflow and job priorities;
  • Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written materials;
  • Managing, developing and coaching direct reports;
  • Driving effective and efficient budget operations of GCDO projects and initiatives;
  • Participating with business sponsors and other functions within global and territory;
  • Highlighting knowledge sharing of industry leading practices within and across teams;
  • Participating in user groups inside and outside the Firm to better understand the trends and standards to provide high quality through analytics;
  • Adhering to project cost/forecast deliverables for projects in area of responsibility;
  • Driving quality metrics for project management team;
  • Achieving project success metrics such as on time delivery and fulfilment of requirements;
  • Driving appropriate standards of utilization and productivity for staff;
  • Hiring of quality personnel and motivating and retention of top performers; and,
  • Managing personnel performance and developmental plans.
