Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Analyst - VMS Support provides customer service support to hiring managers for the services procurement and contingent labor Vendor Management System (VMS) and processes. Communicates ongoing issues through the appropriate escalation process and provides timely feedback and response to end users. Supports the Manager - VMS Administration and assists in training and process changes, coping with end user concerns, difficulties and troubleshooting of VMS processes.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
60% - Customer Support: Receives and reviews SOW request submissions daily through the VMS tool
Reviews SOW documentation and validates the VMS entries for accuracy
Consistent use of system knowledge and follows standard operating procedures to resolve customer issues
25% - Technical: Provides resolve for technical issues and assist with training of new end users ex. Hiring Managers and Suppliers
Works to improve overall process by recommending improvements to the Manager - VMS Administration and Sr. Analyst - VMS Support
15% - Administrative: Supports resolution of organizational requests, understanding key work-flow sourcing and work-flow processes.
Manages and prioritizes special projects when necessary

This position reports to Manager VMS Admin.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
1 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Technical experience in a customer service environment or equivalent
Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Associate's Degree preferred
Experience in the staffing industry; familiar with VMS platforms
