Better requires process discipline and simplification

Youll be joining a team of risk managers and primarily be responsible for the production of country level financial crime compliance risk assessments and risk advisory. This will include engaging with stakeholders, performing risk analysis and research, writing risk assessment reports, and presenting results to internal stakeholders. Youll also support the production of compliance risk assessments for Western Union's annual Global Compliance Enterprise Risk Assessment and help with ad hoc tasks such as targeted risk advisory. Your focus will be on executing the annual plan for the Risk Assessment & Advisory team, with an analytical and data-driven mindset thats in alignment with our guiding principles.

For such a role, we require you to have experience in Anti Money Laundering Compliance from a financial service or payments background, and that you can apply risk management concepts and analysis. You will need to be an excellent communicator and can build strong relationships. Having an analytical mindset is key too. Fluency in English is required for this role, and a good level of Spanish is preferred.
