Position Description:
Position Purpose:
The Analyst, Marketing Resources will support workforce planning, capacity monitoring and resource allocation for a subset of creative production teams. This role will help prioritize incoming creative requests and communicate allocation decisions to other creative team members. This role will also work with creative team associates to provide budget support and will facilitate tracking of overall efficiency of across production teams.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
20% Budget Support - Work with creative team and content strategy to drive execution of agency statement of work and retainers as well as reconciliation of budget at a project level; Support creative team to track agency budget and hourly burn rate on a monthly basis; Facilitate monthly or quarterly budget reviews with finance and strategy partners and stakeholders; Support operations finance on necessary financial reporting

20% Prioritization - Prioritize incoming requests for additional creative production resources beyond pod aligned resources; Make tradeoff decisions about which requests will receive additional resources and which requests will be de-prioritized

30% Resource Allocation - Align creative production resources to pods/community campaigns based on requirements, priorities and production team skillsets; Make decisions about when to assign production resources to projects, for what time duration, and when to move them into other pods or projects; Communicate resource allocation decisions

15% Resource Support - Work with manager to bring in additional resources when required, including creative agencies, contractors and freelancers. Manage those resources' ramp up, work period and roll-off

15% Tracking - Maintain current workforce status in Workfront to enable transparent tracking of which production team members are working on which projects at what time and at what capacity; Help track production efficiency across marketing pods/communities, derive insights to help improve production resource management

1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
