The LogMeIn location in Bangalore, India is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and passionateagile coach. Your tasks

• You are coaching and mentoring three to five scrum teams at a time and stakeholders involved

• You accompany teams while observing them. You are reflecting your observations and provide concrete proposals for changes and adjustments being made

• You support and establish open feedback channels between teams, managers, and senior management stakeholders

• You have opportunity to collaborate with the larger agile community across our different offices

• You are creating and giving workshops/trainings on topics such as agile workflow, feedback culture, etc.

Your skills

• You have excellent communication skills and are able to improvise and resolve conflicts

• You have 6+ years of experience in coaching self-organizing teams that do take ownership

• You have professional experience in agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.

• You have professional experience in agile software development such as TDD, XP, etc

• You would facilitate the Scrum Ceremonies, checking on the sprint commitment, keeping an eye on the velocity of the team

• You have a profound understanding of communication, group organization and coaching

• You do have courage in pointing out problems, short-comings or obstacles

• You are acting goal oriented. You are planning your next steps and reflect on the progress
