Job Summary | The Department of Pediatrics is seeking an individual to provide clerical support to assigned clinical divisions, administration, as well as cross-coverage to other divisions within the department. The primary responsibilities for this position include: maintain and update faculty curriculum vitae, database, credentialing packets as well as state and DEA licensure; completion of Medicaid/Medicare require paperwork; manage Microsoft Outlook calendars for faculty an department; mail distribution for faculty and department; answer and screen phone calls for division(s); prepare Microsoft PowerPoint presentations; prepare itineraries and schedule meetings for faculty. The Administrative Support Associate will also schedule appointments and provide phone assistance, as needed; general office support including filing, copying, typing, and faxing using Rightfax. This position is expected to adhere to the University of Kentucky/UK Healthcare Behavioral Expectations and service excellence policies. |
