Job Summary | The College of Medicine is currently seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to support the fiscal aspects of procurement for the MIMG department. This high volume position will report to the Department Administrator III. Primary duties include procurement and document processing, departmental account management, travel bookings and reimbursements, training and compliance, and other administrative support. Other duties include assisting faculty, staff, and students with departmental procedures, reconciling accounts, ordering office supplies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, strong customer service ability, and excellent follow-through. The University of Kentucky considers the health, safety and well-being of our entire community to be a top priority.
