Job Summary | This position manages the fellowship program for the Division of Nephrology. This position also manages and oversees all educational activities for the division. Job duties include: assist the Program Director(s) through coordination and documentation of all aspects of fellowship training, independently organize and ensure timely distribution of performance evaluations of fellows, including review by Program Director(s) and Clinical Competence Committee. Other duties include: provide administrative support to Fellowship Program Director(s) related to program activities, and coordinate with overall Internal Medicine educational program (departmental education initiatives and activities) in order to ensure ACGME compliance and best practices. This position performs high level administrative support for the division, often requiring autonomous functioning.
