Individual will be required to travel to the North Wales, PA office for a certain limited period of time for training and transition through Q1 2020 [75%]; Limited domestic travel after that
To support and perform general ledger activities and analysis for the Finance Group.
Participate in accurate and timely monthly closes of Teva USA and subsidiaries. Responsibilities include preparation of journal entries, preparation of working papers/schedules, review of schedules, internal analysis.
Prepare domestic and international inter-company account reconciliations and invoices.
Investigate and resolve issues.
Participate in providing effective service to customers of financial data. Serve as resource for financial information; perform Ad Hoc requests for detailed financial information in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare bank reconciliations and assigned account reconciliations in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing quarterly fluctuation analysis and footnote forms.
Other duties as assigned or as business needs require.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years accounting experience highly preferred
Public accounting experience preferred
Strong Word and Excel skills
Experience with Oracle and SAP preferred
