Youll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients.Our Global Delivery Model Services team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwCs Global Delivery Model operations on a worldwide scale.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:

  • Analyzing and improving on processes and procedures that can be automated to create impact for the business;
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with teams and stakeholders around the world to capture needs and expectations - with a focus on creating value and a good user experience;
  • Acting as the liaison and facilitator of communications between the team and other operational and functional groups;
  • Facilitating sessions and discussion to identify opportunities for on and offshore centers;
  • Analysing complex ideas or proposals and building a range of meaningful recommendations;
  • Designing and documenting process descriptions; and,
  • Utilizing multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations using Robotic Process Automation (eg UiPath), Data Wrangling (eg Alteryx, Excel), Data Visualization (eg Tableau, PowerBI), or scripting/programming languages (eg VBA, Python);

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Operating in a center of excellence (CoE) or shared service environment tasked with identifying, designing, or supporting automation solutions;
  • Contributing to the development of your own and teams technical acumen;
  • Working as a Design Thinking and/or Agile practitioner/facilitator;
  • Engaging with others in dynamic ways to be a catalyst for creative and deep thought activities with workshop participants.
  • Presenting, writing and communicating in public and private meeting forums with business leaders;
  • Creating automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (eg UiPath), Data Wrangling (eg Alteryx, Excel), Data Visualization (eg Tableau, PowerBI), or scripting/programming languages (eg VBA, Python);
  • Synthesizing complex concepts into related terms; and,
  • Practicing thorough project management and organization discipline.
