The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local sited Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region.

## Job Mission

Own, contribute and drive site readiness, process improvements, organizational & product improvement projects on behalf of the local CS organization to assist in the introduction of EUV systems at the customer site.

## Job Description

Assignments focus areas:

* Cost of Service. We need to create and manage a cost of service roadmap towards predefined targets. Your assignment will largely focus on get this roadmap in place and execute accordingly.

* Quality of Operations. We need to improve the quality of our operations, especially making sure we execute first time right and meet 100% scheduled down predictability in service execution.

* Project Maturity. We need to mature the way we handle projects. Get better grip and control on workload, planning, deliverables and costs
Way of working:

* Define your own project, the project approach and get approval from key stakeholders. After sign off, you go and execute. Report progress and steer towards agreed deliverables.

* You’ll have freedom to operate within operational boundaries. Take ownership, get team in place, keep them in the boat and execute assignments partly in parallel.

* Most likely you’ll receive in parallel operational projects, for instance to prepare and execute a certain upgrade or major repair, to grow your experience and “learn on-the-job”

## Education

Bachelor degree in electronics or equivalent experience related to job function.

Masters Degree (Preferred)

## Experience

Experience in a challenging environment with high tech products and complex processes. Work experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager is a plus. Extended knowledge of ASML products.

## Context of the position

The NPI PL will report directly into the NPI EUV Manager. Ability to travel internationally is required.
