Job Description
PwC is the worlds leading provider of People Analytics services teaming with hundreds of executives and HR departments each year to apply a more rigorous, evidence-based approach to decision-making around their workforce.

For more than 30 years, PwC People Analytics has leveraged technology, meaningful metrics, advanced statistical techniques, survey research and Saratoga Benchmarking to help clients maximize return on their People investment. We help take the guesswork out of important People decisions, supporting efforts to improve operational and financial results.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Organizational Development

Degree Preferred: Master's degree or Doctorate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics, Public Policy, Statistics or Organizational Development

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven thorough levels of knowledge in the areas of, and/or success in roles involving the directing, HR analytics and reporting engagements, emphasizing HR analytic platforms such as Oracle, Workday or Success Factors.

Proven certification in one of the following technologies is preferred: Oracle, Workday or SuccessFactors.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success with research and analysis, emphasizing the following areas:

- Identifying and addressing client needs individually as a contributor or as a team member: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; and,

- Performing as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; keeping leadership informed of progress and issues; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff.
