Overview

Under minimal supervision, responsible for multiple levels of service to company's national accounts. Primary function is to provide excellent customer service, balancing the needs of the company.

Responsibilities

• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.

  • Manages multiple projects, assignments, and initiatives with general supervision.
  • Communicates professionally and effectively with multiple persons within our National Account customers’ organizations, Anda’s largest customers, from purchasing, warehouse receiving, finance, and executive management.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for many of Anda’s National Account customers’ day to day needs.
  • Assists Finance department in researching and problem solving customer accounting discrepancies serving as a professional mediator in resolving credit and collection issues.
  • Manages backorders of customer orders and corresponds with Purchasing Department, National Account Manager and National Account Customers purchasing personnel regarding usage needs.
  • Owns process of managing customer store listings ensuring all accounts are set up accurately and updated as necessary, verifying accuracy of customer maintenance set ups.
  • Notifies contract customers of new to market items and processes launch orders.
  • Processes orders for National Accounts Department on a daily basis.
  • Processes overrides requiring special authority (not all sales representatives have capabilities of overriding price, quantity, etc) always verifying that pricing and quantities and shipping method is in the best interest of our company.
  • Utilizes reporting to effectively manage day to day responsibilities.
  • Reviews and releases EDI orders, working with customer and IT dept when there are any concerns.
  • Solves problems related to customer complaints, researches reported shipping errors and provides information for customer service to process any necessary credits.
  • Primary points of contact resolving issues which develop for customers after mass distribution orders.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge of:
 Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements.

  • Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Business and personal computer hardware and software applications.
  • Current Company policies and practices, including safety rules and regulations.

Skill in: 

• Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English.
  • Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Providing excellent customers service with both internal and external customers.
  • Self motivated and work well independently.
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, and minimum of four (4) years experience, pably in pharmaceuticals industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Associates Degree pred.
