Job Description
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.

The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace.

Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm.

The National Advisory Human Resources team is responsible for HR processes related to talent development, performance management, total rewards, and compliance requirements across the Advisory Line of Service (LoS).

Teams with key members of Demand Management, HR Operations, and HC Strategy. Interacts with key members of LoS Deployment, Global Delivery Model, L and D, HRSSC, and Business.

Core areas of focus include but are not limited to: Staffing and Deployment , Forecast and Utilization Analysis, Retain and Skills Tracking, Education and Awareness.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or a proven record of success with serving in a role supervising, training and coaching HR Demand Management generalists, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:
- Providing subject matter specialty to teams related to deployment, demand, capacity and utilization forecasting; participating and leading weekly discussions with team leadership to focus on the broader business needs;
- Collaborating and driving shared programs with the Talent Management team related immigration, on-boarding and assimilation; diversity development and mobilization; and tour-of-duty and/or leadership programs;
- Driving and participating in special projects
i.e., large scale deployments, skills tracking, enhancements to technology and processes and reporting; and,
- Identifying gaps in availability and skills that are needed to fulfill client commitments and share with demand teams.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive level of ability and/or proven record of success in managing multiple work-streams within a fast-paced, evolving environment, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:
- Working effectively within tight deadlines; and,
- Utilizing analytical skills through troubleshooting and utilization of various firm-sponsored systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
